We believe that involvement in World Missions is a vital part of who we are as a local church.  Why?  Because of who God is. World Missions means joining with God in something incredible He is doing around the world.  Yes, it includes obedience to the Great Commission, sharing our hope in God, and the depths of His love.  In another way, it is all about worship.  We believe that God is so wonderful that He should be worshipped by people from all over the world...

"Sing to the Lord, praise his name; proclaim his salvation day after day. Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all the peoples. For great is the Lord, and most worthy of praise..." *(Ps 96:2-4)

More on missions philosophy

There are lots of ways to get involved here on the Peninsula, from prayer to missions task forces, from study groups on becoming a World Christian, to helping our missionaries around the world.

Each year we organize missions trips to special places where we believe God wants us to be involved as a church.  Often these are places where believers are scarce and the need is very great.

We refer to those who have gone out from our fellowship as full-time missionaries as our Primary Missionaries.  (Some are in closed countries and we can't tell you about them on these web pages).
